I came across a nice trench Omega watch. It is not converted from a pocket watch, even the wire lugs have the same silver hallmarks as the back of the case. Case is from year 1915 and it all seems to be in original condition. The glass is inserted in the inner ring and the outer only protects its border. Does anyone know this type of the case?

There are two serial numbers on the case. Is it possible that the second one is the military assignation?

Hi what I notice is that this case it's a HF case Huguenin Freres case with 84 mark of Russian import silver 0.900. So i guess that originally it was a full hunter or a half hunter case.
