I was thinking about grabbing one of these, but see no user photos from image searches. I figured I'd ask the group here if anyone has good or otherwise experience with this product. It's on the official omega site as:

Fine Leather
Travel Watch box 1 pc, Black / Red

$165? Ouch.

Wolf (which I generally consider to be over-priced) has a similar case for 40% of the cost.

I haven't used the Omega but have used similar. The problem for me is that there's dead space so the watch flops around in there.

The service case works awesome, or flat leather rolls. No flopping around.

I also got one of those boxes when I bought an Omega Nato strap. I use it for when I'm at the gym

Isn't the one that comes with the NATO's slightly different on the inside?

Which box do you use at the gym? The one I posted or the one they apparently give you for free upon contact/request?

This is the case you get the Omega NATO's in...

So instead of the foam, it is mesh pockets.

The red Omega service boxes are great for anything on a strap. The foam holds the watch in place pretty well. It evens accepts non-Omega watches ::stirthepot::

A little over the top but very nice.

those boxes are awesome. Unfortunately the one we got our hands on we ended up using to ship a watch we sold to another collector.

what we have used since then when traveling is eye glass and sun glass cases...you know the hard plastic types with the flip open lid. We wrap the watch in a bit of tissue and good to go. We usually also wrap a rubber band around the eye glass case as well and then pack it in the suitcase. they work great and cheap!
