I bought an Omega Auqa Terre from the OB on Fifth Ave in NYC last year in February. For Christmas I received a very nice red hard bound book from them and a nice card inside from Brice Le Traade. I thought it was a very nice gesture. Is this a common practice of OB?

 

That would be the next year's catalogue. As a customer, it's their way of saying thanks and "we look forward to business in the future." Can't say whether it is standard practice though.
