    Dial has been refinished for sure. You can see that the "craftsman" missed the hole for the "X" at 9 o'clock and misaligned some of the other dial markers. No "Swiss" at the bottom either.

    Still, if you could buy it cheap and get those parts fixed, it wouldn't be a bad buy.

    Another Goodwill Special? ;)
