    I really like the period
    Here’s mine it is a restoration piece but love the dial and wear the watch quite regularly
    The other photo is one I found of an unrestored example

    Beautiful ref CK 730 with the dial called 'cadran carré' ('square dial).
    Here in a 1938 catalog :

    About T17's I wonder why the escape wheel bridge is very often the same that shows lack of plating.
