·If it glows while exposed but stops almost immediately right after uv stops, it’s consistent with radium.
If it glows longer after exposure, more likely tritium.

·It's very difficult to take a photo, but the color under UV light is the same on the indices and hands. It fades very quickly. I have a photo from a service center; the lume on the hands is a grayish color, similar to the original lume on other watches from the 1940s.

·It could be, but I do not think the lume on the dial is original. The hands look clean, but even today, one can find original radium replacement hands for these.
Only way to tell is to buy a Geiger counter.
