image.jpg image.jpg image.jpg I remember a thread from a while back about these. Wondered how this compares for price and condition as I know nothing about these watches. Asking £595.

The case is the second execution of Suveran, and I would have expected a copper-plated movement inside. Also, the crown is wrong and the dial is pretty heavily patinaed.

For that asking, I would have wanted a better specimen

Thanks for the replies. I Was asking more out of curiosity than anything else, as they are far to small for me. Mind you at the prices Thomas is paying they could make a very interesting watch to collect.

I have no intention, i am a collector not a trader. But i have purchased about 15 Suverän over the years from Sweden and they are often for sale, often not listet as a Suverän but the back gives it away :) I scan the market in Sweden daily, it is where i find the most of my Omega's.

I've bought watches in the past with the sole intention of selling them on. Trouble is I usually buy what I like thinking others will also like it, and then find I want to keep it.

This is what you get for GBP 150-200 in Sweden.

    Suv.jpg

The collectible ones, with good dial, you have to cough up somewhat more for....

Agree, as i wrote earlier i have paid up to 265£ for the best ones. The one you show i purchased on Tradera for £150. And it was actually in a ok condition, nice case, good running movement and original. Some of them for sale has wrong hands and sometime wrong dials.

5 years and a half have passed. Now, how much is it a Suveran on eBay or Tradera should cost me?

Depending on dial and condition of course, 500-2500$?
