For sale is an Omega Suverän ref 2400-1 sold only to the Swedish market during ww2, its a well built robust 35mm large steel case which makes it quite big for its time. The caseback is signed as it should "antimagnetisk-vattentät-stötskyddad" in Swedish.

This has an quite uncommon white zone dial that is pretty well preserved and appealing but by know means perfect. There are some small darker spots evenly over the dial and the radium numerals have turned dark. These flaws almost disappear in sunlight and really making the dial pop.

The case thick and well preserved with the original shape retained, IMO better than most Suveräns you will see that often are pretty heavily polished during its lifetime. But the caseback have had a fight with a not so friendly case- opener so it have some nasty scratches. Crown is unsigned as all Suverän are but has a slightly different profile than mo others so I'm guessing its a replacement.

30T2 PC movement which is running strong and keeping time but have no known service history.

Price: 850EUR head only net to me by paypal or bankwire. I’m located in Sweden.
