Has anyone ever tried contacting Omega Customer Service through their website through the "Contact Us" link? I sent a message to them 2 weeks ago regarding where best to purchase a new part, and after 1 reply where they asked me for more information (watch reference and #) I have not heard back from them since. I sent of a couple of replies and still no response. I must say this is pretty disappointing and am wondering if anyone else has experience being ignored by their support. I've heard nothing but good things regarding their service so this is odd to me. Does anyone know of any other contact I can reach out to (in Canada)? At this point leaving feedback regarding their poor service would be nice too.
I had trouble getting a response to a customer support inquiry last year, so I contacted someone at an Omega Boutique, forwarded them the email thread, and they took over as my point of contact and resolved it for me. Next time I'll just start with the OB.
You best bet is to call an Omega Boutique and talk to a person - even if there's no OB in your town, just call one in Canada
Thanks for the replies! Though unfortunate, I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one to experience this. There's a service center in Toronto so I'll probably give them a try.
I have sent emails to the on the past. The fastest response was after 2 days the slowest about 12 days so they can be slow...
I never got a response from Contact US link via the website. I purchased couple of Nato straps and had some questions on the material. Never got a response and got them answered through AD. They shipped the strap fast though
Unfortunately the communication is something that definitely has a lot of potential for improvement at Omega. At different levels, not only their support... Really a shame as those small things have a huge impact on the brand at large.
Oddly enough I just got a reply from them saying they were still looking into the matter even though they gave no indication that they were. I guess a lesson learned and I just need to be more patient in the future.

I usually visit them in the shop...and ask them for coffee....:/ can't help myself but isn't that the least they can do for our love?
I wrote several e-mails too. No response. I called them and got a pretty nice service. Sometimes it’s better to speak to people direct instead to send an email.
I sent a catalog request through the Omega web site about a month ago and I have heard nothing. Maybe I'll ask about it at the OB when I ask about putting down a refundable deposit on the 50th Anniversary Apollo 11.
Catalogues, if they come, usually arrive well after you have forgotten that you requested them. Usually about 4 months. I have requested the last two editions, neither has arrived.
