I have attached a few photos of an Omega Stop Watch that belonged to my father and was used for time and motion studies in a clothing factory. Does anyone know which model it is as they all seem to have model names but I can't see anything on it. Also can you tell me if it is of any value in the current market. It's in perfect working order and is as accurate as any digital watch.

This is a "nuit spatiale" MG6302 Industry timer to the 1/100th of a minute. Lemania Caliber 8000 or 9000 (later). Beating at 18000, one revolution in 60 seconds.
Unfortunately this is one of the least sought after Nuit spatiale, because of its 100 scale and the lack of split second or rattrapante..
I've one in perfect working and cosmetic condition I bought for £100, so I'd evaluate yours closer to $100.

Hi uwsearch – that’s a sizeable collection! I know that omega made these timers over many years in various different forms (you have already referred to the 60- and 100-scale variations).

I believe they also made a ‘three-second’ timer (meaning one revolution in 3 seconds): I have only seen one once and don’t know anything about them. I also don’t know for what function they were made (something rather special!). Can you offer anything?

3 seconds timers were made to measure very short time at 1/100th of a second.. Movement is beating at 360'000 bph. Funny to see them working and listen to the noise of it... there are 2 on the right of the picture..
