@Kraut783 beat me to the punch on the photo. However, I will add that Omega has recently provided the opportunity to purchase and retrofit steel bracelets with clasps that have micro-adjustability. To some it might seem a bit silly, but this was very exciting to me as I always struggled to get the bracelet to fit just right, even with an OB’s assistances with half links. Gone are the days of removing my watch and seeing the impression in my wrist, or worse, having it so loose that it would slide up and down my wrist. Now, thanks to the beauty of these, I can adjust as needed on warm/cold days. Not only did I add one to my PO, but I also added one when purchasing an SM300 last year. The only drawback is that the clasp engraving is somewhat generic, having only the Omega name and symbol. However, leaving the original clasps safely tucked away in the watch box are well worth the comfort these provide. If you’ve been struggling with the same issue and haven’t seen these yet, I highly encourage stopping by your local OB and inquiring.

Wow. Are these the same clasps that come with the current moonwatches?

I don't know that specifically. I first saw these in my local OB when trying on watches. I can't recall the exact model now but I asked if they could be purchased for other models and after they researched, the answer was yes. Signed up that day.

This has been pretty extensively covered in previous posts here and at other forums. The clasps for the Speedmaster Mark II are interchangeable with the modern Speedy Pro bracelets.

Also the clasps for the Planet Ocean work on both the Speedy and some older Seamaster models:

Are the two options comparable in terms of size and adjustability? Thanks.

No - the Mark II model is slightly shorter but it also has less detentes for less adjustability. The PO / Seamaster clasp is longer but has more adjustability. Don't know the exact difference, but it's in the region of 3-4mm.
