March 1970. The Reference should be 145.022-69. You posted the serial number of the movement.

That it's the serial? Easy to know since it matches the pattern for a Speedmaster-Serial.
The Date? From sheer experience No, serious..there is a very good prediction tool build by some OF members, fed with many Extracts from the Omega Archives from other members here. Check it out.
