    Guys
Just had the call that my speedy is in the Boutique. I am 30 mins away from walking over to pay... the RRP and not the silly prices the dealers are asking... I'm excited but I've not actually heard from anyone on the fiorum that has one... What do you guys think?

Well you seem to have made your mind up...if you are still in doubt, the thread below should help you in taking the plunge:)

FTR of the 60th anniv. 57 trilology I prefer the Railmaster...but I do think the Speedy 60th LE is very well executed.

There are a few threads on this forum on the 60th anniversary models already. The net comments are overwhelmingly positive. If you get a chance to buy one at RRP, I would go for it.

Worst photo ever (I have to take pics with the forward cam on my iPhone as other one is cracked) but here I am working happily this afternoon with the new purchase! Can't wait to get it on the leather strap... I'm definately a leather strap man!! More pics to come...

Oh and its good to get one RRP... £5360 for those that want to know... not silly prices being offered by dealers. Am I the only person who is wearing theirs rather than selling? Maybe a new thread for pics of those that are wearing, not selling??

There are already a couple threads that show lots of 60th Anniv Speedy owners who are wearing them.

Congrats on the watch -- it is a 'keeper' for most.

Omega did a great job on this one. I had the chance to wear a friends two weeks ago. Amazing watch. Congrats on it.

If you'd wanted a "no" answer, you'd have posted on cheapskatesforum.net or somewhere, right? Enjoy the watch!

    Here's mine

Luckily, I paid somewhat less than £5360.

Here's mine on the leather strap... the darker brown I think softens the colour of the markers and hands... very pleased with this.

Took advantage of tax differences between countries. Bought from the UK VAT free and paid GST when it landed in Australia. Roughly 20% vs 10%.
