Omega Speedmaster Triple Questions.

I was lucky enough to pick up a Speedmaster Triple Date Silver dial last week for only $900. I took it into Omega store near me to have link added and was told they do not sell watch boxes. The watch came with receipt , two books, warranty card and holder, but not box. I see many on ebay and would like to get the original style box. I see a couple of wood boxed but can someone point me in the direction of the correct box I need to look for?

I think how old yours is will dictate what box is correct for your triple date. Mine is from roughly 2009 and it came with a wooden box.

Maybe something similar to this?

That one would come with a red leatherette box if 2000+. 2011 is the country code for US as I would assume.

That was one of my worries. I made a ride out of it up to Savannah GA. and made the deal at an outside table at an McDonalds along I=95.
I do have a receipts , and the warranty card but it is blank.

Is the Leatherette box of 2000-2011 for the Speedmaster and Sea master the same?

This wooden box...

And my triple dates reference is 3220.50, I think yours is a little older than mine and is a reference 3523.30 . Sometimes these watches can linger at an AD for years before they are purchased. My serial # dates mine to roughly 2009 and is the newest version of these triple dates and I think your ref. 3523.30 dates to around 2001ish. So my point here is I'm not sure yours came in the same box as mine.

I could be wrong, but I think mine is a 2010-2011, not an older
I wish I had the whole package as you have!.

I think your incorrect on this, they made the 3221.30 in 2010/2011 which replaced the 3523.30 (your watch) well before that.

The more modern triple date Speedmasters have this case back...

Yours will have this case back, the older style...

Well, my watch has the older style back. Now I am worried a bit, because the warranty card that came with the watch reads 2011. I need a good jeweler in Jacksonville Florida to open this up and make sure it is not a hack job watch.

As Kringkily said above, the "2011" is a country code for US watches not year of purchase/manufacture.

OK, I see now. That makes me feel better. I'll post picks of the card and books later today.

As Kringkily and I have said the "2011" is the country destination code...here is an example of my "1999 Speedmaster Broad Arrow 1957 Re-issue" model warrenty card and its clearly showing the "2011" country code. This watch is from 1999 and was made no where near 2011.

My card looks like yours but it has no info or it has faded away. It does have the Littman Jewelers stamp.

One seller on Ebay claims his 3523.30 Triple is made of Sterling Silver, not Stainless. Could this be?

So after all of this, I'll say to you..your watch is from approximately 2001, there is probably nothing wrong with it, it most likely could benefit from a service (unless you know its service history) and looks to be in nice shape. Enjoy it!👍
