ยทFor sale is an Omega Speedmaster Tokyo "Rising Sun" Limited Edition.
Reference 522.30.42.30.06.001 and limited to 2020 pieces. Individually numbered.
Released exclusively for the Japanese market to celebrate the 2020 Olympics.
This is an absolutely stunning take on the traditional Speedmaster and there are really no other Speedmasters editions quite like it. I purchased this so that I can try it out and while I really admire it, I have too many Speedmasters in my collection and as such I will continue to enjoy it carefully until it finds a new home.
The dial is a sparkly silver and the bezel is a burgundy red. You have to see it in person to appreciate it. As these were sold for the Japenese market, the only real way to get one in the USA was to have it imported.
The is a complete set in like-new condition. The bracelet is still stickered and has not been used. The sale includes:
- brown cardboard shipping box (not shown)
- inner/outer white LE box
- warranty booklet
- pictogram card (with LE number)
- warranty card (Dated April 2021) with serial number and dealer stamp
- Limited Edition Certificate (with LE number)
- Polishing cloth
- Case back sticker (with serial number)
Overall, barely worn condition with no notable wear, unused bracelet, and with the majority of the factory warranty is remaining.
