    Hello!

I have a question, i bought this on ebay and the seller says it is a stepdial but my watchmaker (and i believe) says it is not a stepdial. Please help me is it or is it not a stepdial?

I would like to return it if it is not a stepdial, and if i want to sell it i need to know whet to say in the ad.

And i think it is a good dial anyway, but not a stepdial

Thank you for a good forum!

Not a stepped dial - not even the next-closest dial variant. Return it.

Return the junk. Misrepresented, mistreated and the dial feet is gone too. Open up a case with eBay/ Paypal, and you can be 100% sure to get your money back

Seller is a member, I owned this dial shortly but returned because of all the wear that was not represented in the ebay listing. Those are my macro shots. I didn't even realize it was listed as a step dial...clearly not one.

The last of the step dials are not as pronounced but still have a step. Your dial is not .

Are there two different dials in the OP's photos? One with considerable damage and the other fairly clean? The lume at 2 o'clock seems partially missing on the poorer dial.

It's the Same dial in all pictures. the 6 o clock is consistent.

Dial is -76 at the earliest. Not a step.
