Still haven't heard, but no flipping for me. Even going to wear my Speedy Tuesday on Monday's and Friday's when I get it. Saw that number 18 is for sale. I was on to the forum as it was released and 18 was the first number I could have picked but changed to see if 1861 was available ( which it was )
OMG, look how many of these are on Chrono24! I was looking occasionally on eBay and through watchrecon, but Chrono24 seems the sales channel of choice. It appears the speculators were out in force when the online reservation process was enacted. I can't imagine with so many being sold that the price could stay as high as it has been.
Am I the only one that has had to buy watches and accessories just to keep from going mad while waiting ?
My summer of disciplined saving for the Speedy Tuesday has resulted in the purchase of three watches.
I will admit that Mango in FS has caught my eye. I feel like I have a long-distance relationship with the #ST and 60th, but that Mango could be right here with me next week.
Got the email overnight from Omega saying the watch will be leaving the factory soon. So hopefully I will be picking it up in early September.

From the speedytuesday@omega address. I think it was a batch mail, since I don't see my specific email address in the 'to:' field. I'll still have to wait till end September for mine, as that's the next time I'll be able to get to London. I'm hoping they hang on to it for me.
