Please use English, this is an English language forum. I translated your question, but it doesn't seem to make sense to me.

"Hello fellow enthusiasts, do you know of any websites where I can buy my Omega Speedmaster watch from 2000? It's not working; it's in good cosmetic condition but no longer functions."

If you looking to sell a non functioning Speedmaster Reduced put it on l’eBay. Most examples on there are knackered so yours will be amongst amis.

The other thing is it might be in desperate need of a service or could have a broken main spring which would cause it not to run.

Any decent local watchmaker can service it and get it back in working order. If you're looking to sell it after that, then it will bring a higher price.

Usually this would be good advice but this model uses a modular chronograph movement. Many competent and reliable watchmakers won’t touch them. Or will only do half a job on the timekeeping parts but not the chrono layer. Not ideal.

Oh, didn't catch the particular model is a reduced. Yeah, would probably need to go back to the mothership for a service then. But there's still an issue with the watch and it won't fix itself, but understand maybe wanting to sell it and not having to deal with it.

This is the reason for my throw away line above about eBay having many knackered examples. Servicing these can be awkward and/or expensive so many get sold when they stop running well.
