Omega Speedmaster reduced 3510.50 2003 Problem?!

Hello!

Im just wondering If anyone else has had this problem with their speedy reduced.

When fully wound the time does not work but chronograph will, the only way I can get the time to work is by using the "automatic" wind function?

Is the only way of fixing this a service? And if so, does anyone have any recommendations of people that will service this watch around the north-west of England?

Thankyou!

With a Reduced there are fewer options than with an integrated chrono movement. That said there are a couple of UK independents who will work on them. Try the following

If he won’t do it then it might be time to look down the back of the sofa for the funds to send it to Omega. They will charge roughly double the Independent price. Be careful who you use. Some watchmakers will service only the timekeeping part which is stupid since the hands are driven by the chrono module whether the chrono is running or not. Christian (above) does it properly, many others don’t.
