Omega Speedmaster Reduced

Hello! Apologies if this has been asked and answered - I didn’t see anything on point with a quick search.

I think I’ve settled on buying a Speedmaster Reduced 3510.50.00 to fill my birth year slot. After looking at a number of serial number guides, I’m having a hard time pinpointing what serial number range identifies the Reduced as having been made in 1992. From the lists I’ve seen, the ‘92 year appears to have been skipped. Does anyone know what range I should look for?

You’ll find that 1992 was not the only year omitted. I think the only way for you to date the watch is to request an abstract from Omega by sending them the S# of the movement, and their fee for the service. This will likely give you the year sold, but not necessarily the year it was built.
