It is a speedy reduced, so I'm not certain it came with a seahorse logo, hopefully someone more familiar will chime in on that. It uses an omega 1140 caliber (ETA 2892) with a Dubois-Depraz chrono unit on top. What im getting at is this is a very tedious and complex unit, which is difficult/impossible to get parts for outside of a real omega service. Without Crown and pushers the caliber and chrono were exposed to the elements (humidity, dust, water, etc.) for an unknown amount of time.
Considering the amount of service this piece is likely to need, and the reduced models generally not retaining value like their professional bretheren, i would not consider getting anywhere near this piece. Good luck!

It looks right, must be an early one with that case back and movement so circa 1990. It could be saved but as noted above, could cost a lot to fix. Maybe $800-900 would make sense but less so at $1000
