    hello everybody,
I bought this week my new watch.
the strap is original 1305-741. All fonction works perfectly (light, chronometer, date)
It’s missing the bezel but i like this.
There are lot of scratchs on the glass.
I thought it was a hesalite glass.
Do you say how to reduce this mark?

Looks surprisingly good without the bezel insert, which is fortunate since they are unobtanium! The crystal is glass not hesalite so I don’t think you can clean it up much. Omega has stock of new crystals although you might have to send it away for a full service to get them to fit it. I love these rare curiosity Speedies.

Yep, it looks surprisingly good indeed.

You can polish the crystal with cape cod or polywatch - the printing is inside. Give it a try before you proceed with an exchange.

If you want to learn more about it, have a look here : www.omegalcdspeedmaster.com ;)

Was 400 euros a price for a service, including the crystal? Omega doesn’t normally charge for a new crystal, it’s usually included in the price of a service, at least in the last two watches I’ve sent them for a service.

I took a rien the watch was not working. 2 new batteries and it's gone again
