·I'm selling my Omega Speedmaster Gemini IV LE, reference 3565.80. It's a limited edition of 2,005 watches to commemorate the first American space walk by Ed White in 1965.
The watch is in excellent condition, with no major marks on the outside of the case, even the backsides of the lugs. It has not been polished in my ownership.
The movement was serviced in 2017 and receipts are included.
This is a full set, including outer white box and inner gray limited edition box, Limited Edition Certificate, instruction manual, card wallet with warranty and pictogram cards featuring the 3565.80 reference and serial number.
Also included are a nice worn-in ColaReb vintage-style brown strap, and a navy blue leather strap I thought was fun on this one sometimes. The grey strap in the photos is not necessarily included but I'm open to it.
I'm pricing this one at US $9,250 which I think is slightly below market given dealer asks on these, but who knows. My asking price includes fully insured express shipping anywhere in the world.
The watch is located in the US, and I am open to local deals in the California Bay Area. I'm sorry, I can't accept trades at this time.
The watch can be returned within 3 days of receipt for a full refund if you are unhappy with it, but please note that the photos below are part of the description.
Why am I selling it? Boy, that's a long story. Essentially a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity came up, but taking that opportunity unfortunately meant trading away one of my favorite watches. I'm selling this one to fund another example of that watch.
