G-Web
·Hi OF,
This is my first sales listing here in a long time so I'll start with some administrative stuff and then I'll get to the watch.
While I've done a few deals here, the majority have been on Rolex Forums and as such the bulk of my references are there. I'll link a few references below, and I'll gladly point prospective buyers to more.

Generally I prefer payment by wire transfer, but I'm willing to discuss alternate methods for trusted members with good feedback. I ship Fedex Priority Overnight with Parcel Pro insurance in the US, and international buyers are responsible for all tariffs and duties. No returns unless watch is not 100% genuine Omega.
Okay, the watch. This is a very nice 145.022-68 that I bought earlier this year from @DRjre086 and had serviced shortly thereafter. During service, I opted to have the crown, crystal and pushers replaced for water resistance. Genuine Omega parts were used, and the original parts are included in this sale. No refinishing was done, as my watchmaker felt the case to be untouched. I've enjoyed owning this watch, but I have an overseas move on the horizon and I'm trying to get my collection down to a more manageable state.
CASE & CASEBACK:
Overall very good condition, showing sharp lines and light wear commensurate to age. Crisp hippocampus on back and a small engraving by hand on the back of the 11 o'clock lug. DON bezel is in beautiful condition with a slight navy blue hue in some lights.
DIAL & HANDS:
Silky black step dial with wonderful depth and definition across different lights. Long tritium indices appear bright white with a touch of pale yellow. Hands match well and show only some minor lume loss.
MOVEMENT:
Calibre 861 serviced in June 2023, keeps great time and chronograph starts, stops and resets properly. I have noticed the hand on the hour register creeping ever so slightly past 12 clockwise, but resets when chrono is run and reset. Serial number is within correct range for -68. The movement photo was taken prior to service, so the old gasket you see there has been replaced. I have not opened the watch since it was serviced in order to preserve the water resistance.
BRACELET:
Omega 1039 with 516 endlinks. Minimal stretch, very good condition. Clasp is stamped for the 3rd quarter of 1969.
ACCESSORIES:
Service receipts and original parts replaced during service. No paper extract, but I do have the digital copy shown here with production on December 26th, 1968 and delivery to the USA.
Asking $10,300 shipped
