Hello All! I am new to the site and would like some insight into my watch. A year and a value would be great. It has been serviced by Omega but I have all the original parts. Any help would be appreciated. 0614161420.jpg 0614161750.jpg 0614161420.jpg 0614161750.jpg

Why was the case and bezel replaced? What reason did they give?

Put the old hands and crown on, and reinstall into the original case (polish or replace original crystal) and you have an amazing watch. Thank the watch gods they left you the original dial, which is quite early and equally rare!

Wtf? Thank God everything is still there!

Put humpty dumpty back together again, and sell the service case, bezel, and parts.

    Bizarre...

Beautiful dial, and awesome bezel they have removed. The rest looks like a nice new watch.

So with it all back together again what would be the value roughly?

Very tough to tell exactly from your photos, but I'll take a guess and say 105.012-65. The value depends a lot on how all the original parts look once everything is put back together correctly. For reference, a very clean example of that exact reference sold a few hours ago for over $10,000. That's toward the higher end of the value however.

Ok, nice 1506 bracelet, do you have the correct 16 end links as well? Do you have a photo of the original crown and the inside of the case back? Can you take a photo of all the original hands lying next to each other? All these photos will help the valuation tremendously.

Also, dont use a flash. Wait and take photos using natural sunlight.

All in all, looking like it will be a very nice Speedy!

I do have the links. Here are the hands. I'm not sure how to get the case back off but looking through my paperwork it is a 105012-65. 0618162311.jpg 0618162312.jpg

Once you get all the original pieces reassembled you should have a very nice and valuable watch. Or alternatively, I'm sure there are some enterprising members here that will be happy to buy the lot from you now and save you the trouble of putting it back together.

The bag of parts Omega returned to you is worth more than the watch is now.
