Dear All good afternoon from not sunny at all Tbilisi I made my introduction couple of days ago and..here I just wanted to share my last purchase (already several months ago) that has a very specific peculiarity. I've found this Omega Speedmaster pre-moon (145.012-67) in quite good condition and with all correct parts (bezel-hands-dial) but i noticed that the left upper lug had a strange scratch. After a consultation with some friends and several pictures, it appeared that the "scratch" was not a scratch but a "stamp", same as what was done in Portugal to all imported expensive items under the dictatorship of Salazar in Portugal (1932-68). So, i took the watch and I requested the Extract of archives to Omega hoping that the Speedmaster was delivered to Portugal and.....and....after 20 days the EoA arrived: Portugal Here i'm sharing with you this small part of Omega and Portugal history!
