Hey all,

So I just got a speedmaster moonphase on a bracelet, the calibre 9904 movement. I let a friend hold the watch, and he started the chronograph and reset it before stopping the chronograph. I’m afraid he may have damaged the movement. Do column wheel chronographs get damaged by this?

You can't activate the reset button on the Cal 9904 when the chronograph is running, it is blocked (just tried it on mine). No damage should have occurred unless he put tremendous force on the button and bent something which is not likely. Start your chrono, stop it and reset it, if it all works then you are ok.

You’re right. Thank you!

The real question: Do I sell my tudor black bay red for a SMP 300 blue?

black bay red for the new All-Blacks BB! Tudor is killing it!

Perchance, could you also upload a side view from the wrist - this is a beast of a watch in height, want to see how it looks
