Good Evening All, I have been looking at the Speedmaster Aventurine (311.30.44.32.01.001) which despite being on the Omega website is quoted on a number of other sites as discontinued with only a limited number ever finding homes. Just wondering if anyone can clarify this with existing stock just being sold off? Thanks
Hey there, It is still available from Omega - at least two of the London boutiques have them in stock (Royal Exchange, and Regents Street have them on display). Anything you're seeing at an AD or an online discount retailer as discontinued, might just mean that they can no longer get hold of this watch... Omega will keep selling until they have none left.
This was my first Omega. I bought it in Las Vegas. They did not seem to produce many. This was released before the introduction of the ceramic Dark-side and all the subsequent iterations and so it it became a bit of an orphan model. The moonphase complication is very elegant. Downside is that it is not automatic wind but I really love the look of it.
