This just arrived ... but it's not quite what it seems ...



I took my TinTin as a donor watch and turned into a Gemini ... so it's a bit of a "frankenwatch"
Original/Real Gemini seem to be pretty expensive these days, and a new watch and the parts was still a lot cheaper than what they're going for on C24.


Parts are hard to find and expensive since Omega stopped supplying independent watchmakers or distributors ... but got the dial, hands, and bezel from eBay and got local watchmaker to do the swap.

It has the right hesalite crystal - so almost the real deal ...

Omega stopped supplying 3rd party distributors, but independent watchmakers can still get parts if they want to.
