As with everything speedy these instructions have been going nuts on Ebay. This is quite a rare set of omega chronograph specific instructions which includes details for flightmaster and speedmaster models, these come up very rarely as chronograph only ones

They come with their original red plastic omega wallet (without one partition for instructions and one for gte card)

I will also include a nos period omega red hang tag
