Hi All, I'm putting my Blue Moon Speedie up for sale to fund new projects. This fun piece was made from ALL NEW parts and was born on July the 13th this year. Specs; NEW Case - Hesalite with sapphire back NEW Dial - Gemini limited edition blue panda NEW Hands - Broad Arrow steel NEW NOS Omega Cal 864 Chronometer movement. These movements were only used in a total of 750 production Speedmasters back in 1992 and 1993. It is a VERY rare movement, never mind how impossible it is to get NOS! Until now it had never been fitted. It is serviced and keeping excellent time. NEW Bracelet - Still with wrapping on the clasp. 1620/887 Broad Arrow type. Extra details; A silver tension ring crystal has been fitted, as well as a steel Tachymetre Base 1000 bezel. All parts are new stock. Full disclosure; This watch has been put together from parts, it did not leave the factory as a whole, I built it myself in my workshop. I have worn it for probably a total of one week since completion for quality control and checking. There are no issues with this watch and no marks or signs of use. There may be dust and finger print marks evident in the photos - sorry. I'm extremely careful with the watches I build while testing them. I have almost $4000 in parts alone into this piece. On eBay at the moment finishing Sunday. I would have kept it here but my selling account was blocked for a while due to the new rules, which is fair enough. Thanks to the friendly mods that's all sorted now.
