    Unworn and undamaged. As new.

    Omega Reference 311.304.423.001.001 Calibre 1861
    Limited Edition 1088/5957

    Comes with
    Outer red Omega box,
inner Omega anniversary box (showing slight degradation from age)
    Omega hang tag
Omega certificate of authenticity / limited edition certificate
Two Omega credit card style warranty and reference cards in black wallet
    Operating instructions.

This watch comes with everything it had when new. It has not been worn, not even just to see. It still has the plastic on the buckle.

I bought it from a collector as part of a larger number of watches. I am selling this as it is out of my criteria, even though it is a lovely watch, I collect older speedmasters.

I was happy keeping it until I just spent an eye watering amount of money outbidding the Omega Museum on a rare speedmaster, and so I will feel better selling some of the watches I own that I will never wear. I am a private collector, and I have sold less than half a dozen watches – I can provide references, some from this forum. Obviously I have bought far more, and some of those sellers are also on this forum.

Price is £2500 delivery in UK mainland included.
Delivery in USA, Thailand or Hong Kong can be arranged.
Payment by Bank transfer, Cash face to face, or PayPal if you can bear the fees.

    That's cheap!

Ps altered the heading text for the listing, the Apollo 50th anniversary has yet to take place. This is the 50th Anniversary of the Speedy and also known as the 'Patch'
    ;)

And your reason for selling is probably the most compelling I've ever seen, outbidding the Omega museum has got to be a punishing experience. Watch is a beauty, GLWS.

Sorry, I know it's rude to hijack a sales post, but I think the potential incoming warrants it.

I really like this Anniversary watch and especially with 1957 being my birth year, it just seems right for me and this looks a beauty.

Only trouble is I'd need to sell half my collection (or a kidney) to be able to raise the funds.

Should really be saying 'good luck with the sale', but as it's not to me, I just can't bring myself to say it;)
