    Hi,

Why do some models have the word "unadjusted" engraved on the same part where the serial number is engraved on? Just curious as to why some have this and others do not? Cheers Guys

Probably made for the US market. There were additional taxes imposed on adjusted movements and more than 17 jewels.

To my knowledge this is a 100% correct answer, the ones with "unadjusted" engravings are Swiss imports marked to qualify for a lower duty rate. This of course does not mean that the watch cannot be adjusted.
