So, I think this is a pretty nice example of this highly desirable model. It has a beautiful dial with lovely markers and a decent DON bezel. It runs very well and reportedly was serviced in 2015 but not my me and I have no paperwork to support that. I beleive it is all origianal expect for replacement crown and pushers are correct size, but again may be replacements. The hands may have been relumed, I am uncertain. The dial lume as best I can tell is original. The serial is correct for a -4. The watch comes on a leather band as shown. The case has been polished but retains proper shape and lugs are full. I have tried to honestly describe the watch and the pics below are an integral part of that description. More photos available on request. Asking price..........gee that's tough. Speedy101 lists a "good" 2998-4 at 28k. I think this one is certainly in the "good" neighborhood, but I am a nobody seller with not much of a track record. Replacement crown and possibly relumed hands reduce the value, beautiful dial helps raise it IMO So I will ask 23k USD shipped. But, if somebody offers me 28k or more , I would consider it Wire preferred Thanks for looking and of course thank you OF.
