For sale is an Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022

I am in consolidation mode, I will sell a couple others off in a few days time.

    Case material: Stainless Steel case
    Size: 40mm without crown
    Movement: Cal 861
    Serial: 45,24X,XXX

Offering up for sale is an Omega Speedmaster Professional 145.022 with a nice overall patina. I’d put this as a beater Speedmaster to wear daily without a worry. Dial is all original and attractive, case I believe is unpolished. Overall patina is consistent from the dial, case and bezel. Hands I believe are service replacements, they do glow longer. Slight ding on the bezel at 3 o’clock. Crown and pushers original. Crystal also original and signed. Watch runs well and all functions work, however service history is unknown. If you wish I can help service the watch locally at cost to you. Bracelet is original 1171/1 with the correct end links 633. Bracelet is worn and shown in pictures. Definitely a great Speedmaster beater for daily wear.

    Can you confirm if it's a 1171 or a 1171/1?

    Thanks for the question, it's a 1171/1.

Do you have any shots of the movement or inside case back? Serial number suggests it should be a -78?

@ewand agree and the Speedmaster 'S' of that tall form are predominantly -78.

And -76 and 145.022 through the mid 80's at least. I don't have my MWO yet... it's not an uncommon dial. But there does seem to be a lot of 78's.

It is a correct C3 dial version. Tall & Open S (1977-1990). Including both references -76, -78 and no-date. Nice watch......
