Omega Speedmaster 145.022-76: Service Dial, Bezel, Hands?

Ok folks I’ve been told I don’t know what I’m talking about on this reference. Let’s see if I’ve lost my mind.

What does everyone else see for this piece which was purchased for over $6,000usd apparently.

Weird hands, wrong bezel.

My notes:

Bezel - No Serif 7's indicate post 1990 replacement bezel - https://speedmaster101.com/base500-bezel-identification/

Dial - As sales paperwork states this is November of 76, you would expect the "High" S dial where the S does not drop to the bottom of the P, this was a change post September of 1977 in the -76 models, this is an even later Squat S which is late 1980's through the late 90's era production - https://speedmaster101.com/145-022_update/ (You can see the correct one for this watch on the -76, and the other theoretical dial that would be technically accepted on the -78.

Hands - really look like luminova replacements, and this can be tested to see if the hands hold a bright charge with a flash light for more then 20 seconds
