·If you are looking for an attractive and good for everyday use Speedmaster with original parts this 145.022 - 69 with light green lume, original DON bezel and 1039-516 bracelet could be for you. Fully serviced June 2026 at cost of € 875,-.
I give this a Good/Very Good and following the 101 priceguide + bracelet + service i am looking for € 7500,- net to me per bank or Wise ( PP + fee for established members ). EU shipping is € 100,- fully insured. Delivery outside EU on request and please factor in your VAT and import Tax charges. No returns, unless the watch is not conform the pictures. CASE: Good lines with some marks of use mostly on the left upper lug, i decided not to have that polished. Please see the pictures as these are part of the discription. Hippo is a little faded.
DIAL: Very good condition stepped dial with light green tritium indices. The only minus is that there is a thin black drag line mark in the running seconds register between 10 and 25 seconds. The lume on the hour markers is intact as per the Uv picture but the minute hand does not glow anymore. The seconds hand has aged to a darker patine and is the earlier , cool, drop-end type .
BEZEL: Dot over 90 DON in good condition with a few marks as per the pictures. Not perfect but in line with a 56 year old watch that retains it original parts. It had a life and survived well imo.
MOVEMENT: Calibre 861 with 3058xxxx sep 1970 is excellent and freshly serviced by an Omega certified watchmaker. S/s/r/ all 100%. Fitted with a new mainspring, new pushers with the original caps put back on, the A2 crown has new O-rings inside, and the Omega logo crystal. That logo is in between A1 and A2 and i mentioned this to the guys at MWO and they will review this and other examples i send them.
Their cryptic reply was : We are currently working on the new release of MWO and we will of course review all the glasses.
Old parts and a copy of the service invoice is included in the sale.
BRACELET: Omega 1039 with 516 endlinks shows signs of wear and some dents but still good with minimal stretch. Dated 3 -70. All stretch links, 3 (+ 7) and 4 (+ 9 ) , are functional with good springs. I renewed some myself. Fits 19cm wrist with one spare hole in the clasp.
ACCESSORIES Optional red box and unsigned warranty booklet plus You and Your Omega booklet is € 450,- .
