Up for sale today is something quite special, an excellent honest Omega Speedmaster 145.022-68 Transitional with papers. As you know, this particular reference 145.022-68 is only produced for about 1 year or so, so having the watch come with papers is much more uncommon than other references. This one is a very nice one, potentially a collector’s piece. To my knowledge a second owner watch, with papers and the bracelet all included. This is one of those must haves if one is called a Speedmaster collector. One of the shortest production references in a lovely preserved condition and bracelet with papers. Dial: Dial looks amazing, applied metal Omega logo with creamy patina on the long indices lumes. As you can see from the pictures below. Case: Looks in excellent condition, some scratches here and there, and looks to be unpolished. Bezel: DON 90 is in excellent condition, we all know how much are these worth in the market alone. Movement: Cal 861, the first reference to ever use the Cal 861. Serial is 27,323,XXX. All functions working well, been wearing it time to time. Service history unknown. Movement and inside caseback pictures are from the previous owner. Crown: Original flat foot crown. Bracelet: Comes with the period correct 1039 in good shape with the 516 end links. These are also worth quite a bit in the market. I wanted to keep everything original to the watch, just how I got it, as I am sure the next owner will be a very happy collector. Watch located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Asking $11,700 USD net to me. Shipping with EMS, DHL or FedEx depending on buyer. Watch is sold as-is. Prefer to do wire transfer. PayPal is accepted please add 4% and provide buyer reference. References available at request. Feel free to PM me for any questions.
