I am parting with my pre-moon Speedmaster. Watch works well, and I have enjoyed wearing it. It is not perfect, but it is a great piece and can be enjoyed as-is or parted out for other projects. I will do my best to describe below, but please look at the photos as the main description. I am asking $7,250 OBRO - this should give the new buyer some wiggle room to do with it as they please. Watch is a 105.012 66 HF. Unfortunately, the caliber 321 movement is serial numbered 26,55X,XXX which puts it out of the date range for the case. This movement swap could have happened during its first service, but who knows? The good news is, the movement works well and can be replaced with a period correct one if desired. I opted to wear it as-is and really enjoyed it. The watch sports an original DON bezel. Although it isn't in perfect shape, these are getting more and more expensive as time goes on. The dial looks great IMO and has some gorgeous patina. The chronograph hand is a later replacement, but this should be a relatively easy and inexpensive fix. Pushers and crown are original and are in good condition. The case has retained a lot of sharpness, and does not have major distractions. The case back has a visible hippocampus and Omega logo. The watch also has its original anti-magnetic dust cover. I currently have the watch listed on eBay - and you will notice the large price difference there (+10% ebay fees +4% PayPal fees). I also have this watch listed on Etsy - and there is again a price difference (+6% etsy fees). I have dealt both buying and selling on OF. I have sold a Speedmaster as well as an Omega Seamaster Chronograph, and I have purchases a Speedmaster, a vintage chronograph, and a vintage Seamaster, as well as the MWO book.
