Hi Guys and Gals!

Some of you might know that I am hunting for a Speedmaster 105.012-65.
One of the main things are of course that it is THE moonwatch.
And that the serial nr should place that watch as a birth year watch (Yepp…I know - Stupid…).

Soooo…
I am looking for a Speedmaster with a serial nr around 24.00xxxx.
And I have found that there are a few 65´s that are around this range,
but i have also found (sold) a 105.012-64 with a serial nr 24005144!
That one is Spot On for me!

Maybe an impossible task, but you never know?
So DM me if you have one?

To be safest finding a 1966 model, I think you'll need a >22.825m serial example but anything much higher than 24m could slip into 1967 in my experience. Note there are no 23m Speedmasters, there is a gap.

any 24xxxxxx sn within hundreds or a thousand of neil armstrong's 321's 24xxxxxx is highly desirable but hard to find, in complete set.😋

Thanks Dave for the heads up!
I have collected dozens and dozens of extracts and salespost regarding 105.012-65´s, and going for serial nr 2400xxxx feels safe.
But I will of course keep my eyes open for the lower serial nr as well.

This will be a loooong journey before it lands, but the hunt is half the fun!

To the Mods, @Trev and @dsio ...may I ask why I have a US flag on my post?
A Swedish would be lovely, but I can live with the EU...😁

Fair enough.

Me too, but you have a much better chance of finding one that I do. @Alex Cheers has one that is my birth month and year, but that one is never getting away.

Haha @bsowers34 yes I keep mine but I'm happy to give @hansaboy a data point: my 105.012-65 with serial 24.00xxxx is from June '66 but I think you might already know that 😀

Good luck hunting!
