They don't actually look that bad in person when it's not a stock photo. It probably would have looked nicer doing this on a more dressy watch rather than a sports Seamaster though.

Oversized Omega logo and fugly skeleton

Other than the rail master and AT, there are very little things to like about modern omega

Here's a weird one , this one was stolen so the owner had Omega re-issue and build another one for him which they numbered 25.5 since the original was 25 , did that ever happened with other lines, that a limited special edition was stolen and remade with a ''Omega sign'' at the end ?

I own one of these watches.. And I absolutely love it. Screw all the people who cannot appreciate the craftsmanship. Can I ask you where you got all these amazing photos? I remember many years ago reading a magazine article about this watch and I would love to find it and read it again. I was wondering if that's where you found these great photos.

An interesting mix of old-world embellished skeletonization and modern case and bracelet design (or circa 2000's).

Yes. I now own 2 of these. I have a 2934.80.00 and now the yellow gold 2931.80.00. The Keystone still has the white gold one for sale for 22k. They just dropped it by $500. This was my grail watch when I was young, poor and just getting into to watches. I also have a 2196.20 that just came back from factory service with a new dial and full overhaul...as well as the tri-color 2196.80. I know I will be abused for this comment but I feel this generation of Seamasters are some of the greatest watches ever made... And I am continuing to collect them. What I really want is a 2194.85.00 but I have never seen one for sale and may die before it happens lol

Speaking for myself, I do appreciate the craftsmanship certainly. The design, like many skeletonized watches, is a little too overwrought for my tastes though.

But the only thing that matters is if you like it.

Cheers, Al
