F.P. Journe watches are well down on the haute horologie list when it comes to flaws and imperfections. Great conception and novel designs but often with 'not quite right' execution. Great watches, but far from perfect.
As a F.P. Journe fanboy this is mildly distressing. I assumed at their price, production level, and brand tier they would be high on the perfection list. But I don’t actually know about such things so thanks for the insight. Either way it’s not something I’ll ever have to worry about.

You might want to have the dial and date wheel redone as well, I circled some spots for you. look at anything under enough magnification you will find flaws. And you missed a spot on the 3.
Which you circled is notice by only loupe and under magnification, but which I circled this 2 dots is noticed straight, you need not loupe and magnification, there is big difference.

Are those marks on the numerals actual defects in the surface of the white material, or could they possibly be damage done by coming in contact with something while being worn? Are they pits in the surface, or something laying on the surface, can't tell from the pics.

It’s not damage after worn, you can’t damage it like this, it’s not scratch or somthing that, it’s white enamel problem, two little summetrical dots on the 30 numeral.

If it is bothering you to the point that it is taking the joy out of wearing it then have it taken care of under warranty. You'll be without it for awhile but that's the tradeoff of just living with it. If it were my watch, based on your picture, I'd just accept it as a tiny flaw and have it taken care of down the road. Everyone's tolerances are different.

I still don't understand the timeline here. Is this watch new? Were these "defects" noticed after the watch was brought home or at the place of purchase? Was it purchased in person at an AD or OB?

I'm not really sure any of that matters, though. It clearly bothers you so send it in but it seems to me you're chasing perfection so you'll probably be disappointed in the work Omega does anyway.

I was in the store and they would not return it back, as they told they only can to send it in omega service, and they replace bezel or to make it, omega politics is like that unfortunately.

You really have 2 choices:

1 - send it in now, and get the bezel replaced. This is not a big job.

2 - have the place you bought it from document this flaw with Omega directly, so that when you send it in for service later and it is no longer under warranty, they will replace the bezel for free.

Regarding the policy, it makes zero sense to replace a whole watch for a defective bezel. The bezel swap is a 5 minute job...and if the place you took it to had a watchmaker on staff, they could order the new bezel, swap it for you in 5 minutes, then send the defective one back to Omega.
