Omega SMP Bezel / Bracelet Replacement

I'm interested in "converting" a 2264.50 (41mm, black, sword hands) to a 2064.50. Can anyone tell me the best source and going price for a SMP Bond-style bracelet in excellent to near-mint condition?

I'd also like to replace the well-worn bezel insert, preferably with OEM. From what I read on the forums, it sounds like this likely requires paying for a full bezel replacement with an Omega authorized service center. Any idea on current prices, best locations, and turn around times?
