That actually looks amazing and the Uncle Seiko 1171 is by far the most comfortable bracelet I’ve ever had. You could probably polish out those scratches pretty easily and you’ll end up with a slightly polished look which can then be remedied by something like a Burgeon fibreglass pen to add the brushed look back or in a pinch try a green scotchbrite pad.
If you want to complete the look cheaply, replace your Uncle Seiko clasp cover with one of the so called “Canadian clasp covers”

it cost about $20US, takes about 3 minutes to install and fits the US1171 perfectly.

If you don’t mind spending a bit more ($75US) you can buy an entire clasp and either switch over the whole clasp, or as I did, just the cover. This clasp is identical to those used on some original Omega 1171 variants.
