Looking for an Omega Seamaster f300hz diver.

    Ref: 198.0016

    Picture borrowed from Electric-watches.co.uk

    image.jpeg

After this variant in particular, rather than the 198.0005 - preferably with the black dial with lume plots as indecies.

It is hard to imagine a tall bloke in a Cookie Monster suit asking if something is too weird. Just sayin' ;)

You make a valid point... It's just watches with batteries in... I know they aren't welcomed by all... ;)

I love this ref. If you can't find one here, they occasionally do pop up on eBAY.

    Thanks Joe,

I saw it at the time, and was very tempted, but I really want the black dial/lume bars, rather than silver/applied markers.

There's one out of South Korea that looks mint, but has a "reprinted dial" in the description, and a previously water damaged movement from the pictures...

I love these! Probably the most underrated Seamasters of them all. I guess you know of this site? http://www.deskdivers.com/Site/SMf300.html

    Here are mine:

The blue one have a service dial that was never used in any watch. I have a silver one as well, in parts at the moment.

The one one ebay looks like it had leaking batteries. I'd look for something else.
