Omega small seconds 40s/50s fake or real?

Hi

Im considering buying vintage Omega. Found that one but after some research I have concerns about hands- have you ever seen such in 40s/50s Omega?

Inside looks good (dont have a photo), seller claimsentire watch is original in 100% - just after renovation.

Also, is the price around 900 euros reasonable for that one in such condition (assuming it is original)?

For 900 euro you can find a much nicer, all original, seamaster.

Since you have not provided any photos of the back or inside, I can only go by what I see. I don't know if anything is actually fake. The hands, as you suspected, are incorrect and, as you also said, the dial has been refinished. It's a piece of crap for 900 euro.
