Ouch...that is rough as a cob...parts watch. Will take a lot to get back to being good unless you have a donor 300 that you want to convert to a BT.

 

I'd buy it.
I think would restore well, needs a bezel course.

 

Not every watch has to be perfect.
I am sure a new glass will bring out the best of that dial and a simple relume on the hands.
...and at the right price, a big plus!
