I just sent my Omega Seamaster Professional in for servicing! The watch was purchased brand new in 2003,what parts do you think they might replace?

They’ll replace what is necessary plus a lot of stuff that isn’t necessary, with the aim of returning to you what is essentially a new watch. It is not possible for us to compile a list of what will be replaced since we do not know what condition it was in after 15 years of wear.

Well bearing in mind that the OP said it was an Omega Seamaster Professional without specifying anything else, it might, or might not have a battery...

can we actually tell them not to replace some old parts (i.e. hands, bezel, dials) when we send in for service?

You can try but the problem is they don’t always comply.

They will return the old parts with the watch when they sent it back to you.
