·I was checking the status of my warranty service through the Swatch portal and the status currently shows as 'Service in Process' but the date next to that description has changed a couple times over the last few weeks. It originally showed Service in Process back at the end of September and changed to 10/5 to now 10/19. Anyone know why the date keeps changing or what that means? I thought it was getting worked on back at the end of September when the status was originally updated to 'Service in Process' but doesn't look like that is the case.
