Opinions on this watch please. Looking for a decent vintage Omega as a gift and didn't want to get stung with a dud. Many thanks in advance.

Seems reasonable at $400, much less so at $500 since it doesn't include an original bracelet and I doubt its been serviced. I'd like it much better at $350-$375.
I got it in the end, so delighted and I will put it on a black leather strap. Is there a way of dating the watch to the exact year it was made? I take it it will be from the movement serial number or the inside of the case?
